Need Proof of Worker's Comp
Claim?
If you own a business, are an insurance
agent, or are responsible for employees, a workers comp
investigation can help ensure that the employee filing a claim is
entitled to the compensation they receive. This allows more money
to be available for workers with genuine claims and helps control
loss of manpower and money.
Some of the techniques used to help uncover
fraudulent workman compensation claims:
- Surveillance. By using audio, video, and other types of
surveillance evidence can be obtained to determine whether a worker
is really as injured as they claim.
- Interviews. Interview conducted of colleagues, friends
and family may reveal how extensive the worker's injuries are or if
they are concealing the extent of the injury.
- Background Checks & Research. Checking medical
records when available, and other records may determine if an
employee is truly injured. Background checks into a worker's
history may show if they have filed numerous compensation claims in
the past or if they have ever been convicted of insurance fraud in
the past.

Insurance Fraud
Investigation
Insurance fraud is the act of falsifying or
exaggerating the facts of an accident to an insurance company to
obtain payment that would not otherwise be made. Common types of
insurance fraud are staged accidents, exaggerated injuries, and
inflated medical bills. False insurance claims cost Americans
billions of dollars each year. According to the Coalition Against
Insurance Fraud, an estimated $80 billion is paid out annually in
fraudulent insurance claims. Fraud affects the average household at
a cost of $950 each year due to higher premiums.
There are a variety of techniques to substantiate claims of
insurance fraud. Surveillance can be effective in determining if a
person is exaggerating an injury. Other evidence may be gathered by
conducting interviews with colleagues, friends and family to reveal
fraudulant claims. After speaking with you about your specific
case, we can better determine which technique would be most
effective to your situation.
Our private investigator will provide a thorough investigation and
supply you with video or photographic evidence, when available, to
assist you in taking the appropriate steps to resolve the issue.
You will be able to get regular updates about the status of the
investigation and given the choice of how long to continue the
investigation. Every case and client is unique, requiring
individual attention to detail. We consider time, cost and
complexity in each of our client's investigation issues and use
only those resources that are necessary to resolve their case. We
understand that any investigation is difficult and guarantee to be
discreet and confidential. Click Here to see the Pricing Page for details on rates
