Investigation Fees

It is our mission to provide our clients with the highest quality of investigative services while insuring that their privacy is carefully protected. Clients may make online payments using the secure payment service, PayPal. Money orders are also accepted, please contact us to verify costs before mailing. Personal checks will be accepted, but the investigation will not be initiated until the check clears TSI's account. Corporate clients may make arrangement for net payments based on an individual basis.

The following is intended to be a guidline for surveillance investigations. Every case and client is unique, requiring individual attention to detail. We consider time, cost and complexity in each of our client's investigation issues and use only those resources that are necessary to resolve their case. A contract agreement will be completed by the client. A RETAINER of $500.00, of which a NON-REFUNDABLE cash fee of $220.00 (based on minimum of (4) four hours of investigation), is to be paid to TSI upon commencement of investigative services to be performed for the CLIENT. The RETAINER paid by CLIENT shall be debited for billable services performed and ** case related expenses incurred by TSI. As the investigation proceeds, you will be advised if additional funds are needed to complete the assignment. All unused retainer balances will be refunded with the final invoice. Hourly rates begin when we leave our office location in Morrilton Arkansas and end when we arrive back at our office location. There will be no charges for the initial consultation. We do not charge any communication fees, such as telephone calls.

Field investigations include services other than surveillance and generally fall into one of the following areas: witness locates, interviews, statements, affidavits, field work, court research, etc. For more information regarding your investigative request, call or email us for more details.

GPS Tracking is a new Customized State-of-the-Art Investigative Technology which uses Global Positioning System (GPS) Satellite Technology and the Latest Mapping Software to Track Personal/Company Vehicles Covertly, Providing a Detailed Analysis of Vehicle Movements With or Without the Driver's Knowledge.

GPS can be used to:

• Track a potentially Cheating Spouse
• Verify the Activity and Location of Your Teenager
• Track and Monitor your Company Vehicles.

We offer GPS rental service, and Full Tracking Report Services. GPS units may be placed by the client or for an additional fee an investigator will arrange to place the unit. All GPS rentals are subject to a $250.00 retainer (cost to replace unit if damaged or unreturned), this is to insure that the unit is returned undamaged and in a timely manner. The retainer will be credited back to your account once the unit is back in our possession. Fleet pricing may apply for business with more than two vehicles , call for pricing details.

Skip trace services are often used by attorneys, bondsmen, and other businesses. Quanitiy rates are available to business or attorneys needing multiple traces. Most traces will give an address, phone number (when available) and relatives. If you require additional information, we will provide a personlized quote to fill your investigative needs.

Using up-to-date data bases, our complete background checks give relevant facts about a person's history. When you need to verify a person's identity for personal or business reason, data searches can give you a place to start. Reports include past addresses, relatives, spouses, roommates, real property ownership, liens, judgments, bankruptcies and other pertinent information.
