Background Investigations - Field
Investigation
There are times that a background locate
done through data base searches is just not enough to determine a
person's history. A data base search will reveal information gained
through public resources. An actual background investigation can
gather information that may not be publicly available. If you are
in need of a comprehensive background investigation, TSI can
provide the details. Investigators actually go into the field and
gather information by personal interviews, court document
retrieval, address verification, employment verification, previous
employer interviews, etc.
This type of background investigation is
just that an investigation, and as such, will be billed by the hour
like any other investigation. Background investigations will be
conducted professionally and discreetly, information obtained will
not be used for any reason other than the intended purpose. Some
information may not be released due to privacy issues. When
conducting investigations on employees, tenants or caregivers, the
person must be informed of the background check and sign a release
form. By signing the release, they give permission to obtain
personal information and releasing TSI from any litigation that
might arise from release of information.

Surveillance
Investigation
If you suspect a cheating spouse, employee
theft, insurance fraud, TSI can provide the evidence you need to
resolve your suspicions. Our investigator will listen to your
suspicions, take them seriously, and ask you how you want the
investigation to be handled.
There are a variety of techniques to substantiate claims of
infidelity, employee theft, workman comp or insurance fraud, but
surveillance is one of the most effective. It is hard to deny an
indescretion when caught on video. Other evidence may be gathered
by using a GPS device to track the subject's travels or by using a
device on a computer to track online activity. After speaking with
you about your specific case, we can better determine which
technique would be most effective to your situation.
Our private investigator will provide a thorough investigation and
supply you with video or photographic evidence, when available, to
assist you in taking the appropriate steps to resolve the issue.
You will be able to get regular updates about the status of the
investigation and given the choice of how long to continue the
investigation. Every case and client is unique, requiring
individual attention to detail. We consider time, cost and
complexity in each of our client's investigation issues and use

Surveillance Investigation
Pricing
The following is intended to be a guidline
for surveillance investigations. Every case and client is unique,
requiring individual attention to detail. We consider time, cost
and complexity in each of our client's investigation issues and use
only those resources that are necessary to resolve their case. For
more information regarding your investigative request, call or
email us for more details.
A contract agreement will be completed by the
client. A RETAINER of $500.00, of which a
NON-REFUNDABLE cash fee of $220.00 (based on minimum
of (4) four hours of investigation), is to be paid to TSI
upon commencement of investigative services to be performed for the
CLIENT. The RETAINER paid by CLIENT shall be debited for billable
services performed and ** case related expenses
incurred by TSI. As the investigation proceeds, you will be advised
if additional funds are needed to complete the assignment. All
unused retainer balances will be refunded with the final invoice.
Hourly rates begin when we are on location of the surveillance and
ends when we stop the surveillance for the day. Hourly rates begin when we leave our office location in Morrilton Arkansas and end when we arrive back at our office location. There will be no charges for
the initial consultation. We do not charge any communication fees,
such as telephone calls.

Court Appearances - subpoenaed or otherwise, are
billed at the rate of $220 (half day up to (4) four hours per
investigator. $440 (full day over (4) hours per investigator.
Mileage for any appearance outside Conway County billed at $0.445/
mile per vehicle, to and from location.

**All other fees will be charged at
cost. This includes any and all expenses paid out of pocket that
directly benefit the case, i.e. confidential informants, photo
copies, hotel expense, etc. Prior to these expenses being incurred,
you will be contacted for approval.
